Soft golden light encompasses his entire awareness. A conscious mind swims far from its body unable to process intense levels of pain. Escaping to a familiar place, the idea of feet walking appears in its awareness.
Each step, more of the scenery begins to develop, forming into plains of golden grass and bright effervescent bubbles of light. A familiar security starts to take root in his disoriented awareness.
His vision shifts from a hazy blur to a crystal clear image, taking in the sight around him everything slowly starts to click back into place like the map to a dream. Bright soft trees with yellow leaves outstretch from the dense plains of grass. More and more of his awareness starts to sharpen as the image of his surroundings gain more clarity.
Piecing together everything around him, his memories start to roll in toe, reflecting on anything he can remember until it all hits him in the face.
