Keiko wakes up to find the bed empty. She feels a bit anxious, having woken up too many times over those solo decades alone in her bed, wishing Nadia was by her side, but knowing she wouldn’t be. However, she finds quick relief when she sees her standing outside on their hotel balcony, gazing up at the bright moon. She gets out of bed, wrapping the sheet around her nude body before stepping out to join her. “Nadia, you okay babe? Are you feeling unwell somehow?”
“Oh Keiko, I’m sorry if I woke you. I tried my best not to. I just couldn't seem to get to sleep. So I decided to get some fresh air. I’m fine, I promise. At least physically. My head is just a bit….”
"Something on your mind?" She takes her hand tenderly. "Talk to me. I’m right here for you."
