Chapter 6 - Becky predicament

"Utilize a 9-1-1 luminescent gun." John cried. After meeting other colleagues in the extravagant hall, they teamed up again. But their luck ran out when a cold war broke out between them and the black wolf member. If not for Becky's strong ability to hold the battle for so long, they would have perished here. Everyone has something up their sleeves to retaliate against another force that is now suppressing them. They're holding back because the black wolf also had their own Trump card. They could only escape this precarious moment by relying on their latest invention, a gun. The lumic gun is their latest invention, a special gun that can counter some divine power. In this world, the only advantage of technology is that it can be used to fight when no physical power, such as divinely accessible power, which they all have, is useful.

Becky, like the others, is holding the gun straight. They are about to launch the attack when the sky trembles. The black light scattered. The number of people in the hall became extremely shocking. Regardless of whether it was the stone floor, the stone pillar, or any other thing, any place where the black body of light reached would disappear. It has disappeared; not even remnants of it remain. The sensation was similar to the appearance of a black hole—mysterious and frightening.

"Quick, run"

They all scurried away with their trails between their legs.

Without warning, everybody disregards the battle and runs for their dear lives.

Becky was a little hesitant.

Herig, please be safe, even if you will hate me one day for what I'm going to do to you. Please be safe. Looking at you from afar is enough for me. "When everything happens and you know the real me," Her eyes grow misty. She shakes it off and follows her colleagues.

"What a force!" "Why am I outside?" "Can you tell me where the realm is?" All of them were thrown out by an invisible force, with the realm gone too.

They were all confused.

"Something is fishing." "Has he finally seen the opportunity?" Hmm. I wish you hadn't gotten it: Becky's sound is profound.

She remembers the project, or "herb," that her father put before them to lead "Herig" into the realm. He even went so far as to deceive the powerhouse in the city.

Those old forks were all duped by her father's game. Knowing something strange is connected with intuition.

And this mysterious thing

The thing that will change the world—or anyone in possession of it and capable of subduing it—is

Her father will never rest until he gets his hands on it. "Unfortunately, I'm also one of Daddy's chess pieces. Hee." She smiled bitterly.

Somewhere beside the beach

"Ahh, my head." Why am I feeling woozy? Ahh, what is that thing that destroyed her heavenly abode? Where is that demon? "Better leave me alone." Herig examined himself because he had a heavy head.

"You are the demon, brat, and you are also tricked by me, hee hee." That's fun." The entity sounds mischievous.

'Tricked? What do you mean? "How can you call that a trick when it feels so real?" Herig was bewildered.

"It's just an illusion; what's special about it?" The feminine entity snorted

"Illusion?... how could that be? I saw everything. "Wait, where is the heavenly abode?" Herig asked curiously.

"Simply call it home." Plus, it's inside your body now. "Let's talk about it later." Now stand up and go inside your house. Your parents are worried now. He is hurried by the feminine entity.

"Inside my body." Since when? But the feminine entity shot its mouth up and didn't respond.

"How did I get to my house?" This is our backyard. Gosh. "You can cross dimensions?" Herig sounds amazed.

"I told you not to compare me to your little Lolita," I said. "I have more ability." The feminine entity spoke haughtily.

"A demon cannot be measured by common sense." Herig smirked.

"I am not a demon, but a divine beast." "And I'm an ancient Yurlunggur, the seven-colored snake, and not a demon or a ghost," Yurlunggur spoke with displeasure wriggling in its voice.

"What kind of name is that, Yurlunggur?" Herig said, touching his chin.

"Forget about my beast name; you can call me Yu'er," Yu'er spoke in a sweet, soul-melting voice.

"What the crap, why are you acting so sweet?" "I have goosebumps on my skin," Herig exclaimed, disgusted.

"What's wrong with that?" I will rip you apart right now if you anger me to death again. "I wonder what you will do when you finally see my real appearance." Well, you just wait until then. "Just don't call me a demon or monster; it pisses me off; my name is Yu'er." Yu'er hurriedly said that she was afraid that Herig might annoy her to death.

"What kind of name is that, Yu'er?" "Is there any significance to you emphasizing your name to me?" Herig said, again touching his chin. Now he wasn't afraid of the entity because he found her childish, chatty, and petty.

"Yu," which means "jade," and "Re," as in possession: "For example, your father can address you as Herig'er, which means my son Herig." Yu'er expressed this profoundly.

'Not bad. But why did you put Re in your own? I could simply just call you "Yu." "Why am I stressing myself?" He said this with his lips pursed in mockery.

"Of course, you'll call me by adding "Re" because I belong to you." Yu'Re said she didn't care about his mocking tone.

"All right, let's cut the nonsense." Herig agrees.

He dusted the sand off his body and headed to his house.

"I need to call Becky," Herig said.

"I wish you wouldn't bother her." Yu'er has a nagging sound.

"You don't tell me what to do." Herig sounds as if he is ready to bite.

"You don't want me to give you your medicine." Yu'Re said, "Evily."

"Can't we just co-exist in peace?" Herig sounds defeated.

Somewhere in Diamond City Academy

"Father, I failed to catch up with him." "We were all separated by the space node," Becky said with her head down.

Everything is in my knowledge, so there is no issue. What will you do, even if you can follow him, given that I already anticipate this happening? You are fond of that brat. Mr. Donald was emotionless in his speech. Becky simply stayed silent.

Why is Herig important to her? Although Herig might regard her as a friend, she knew in her heart that they might one day turn into adversaries. She assumed Herig would be a safe platonic partner when they first met on that terrible day, but Herig became a test subject due to her father's emphasis on that particular issue.

Her father has been threatening her since she was small after he noticed the relationship between them. And finding out that she would do anything to protect her friend did not stop her from sabotaging her by using him.

Be good, young lady; you are the reason he will live. But you need to ensure that he loses his fortune. A smile that isn't even a smile will be flashed by Mr. Donald. From the outside, her father might seem to be an angel, as though he were concealing his lovely angelic wings. Only she understood that the wings he was hiding are demonic and are best kept concealed.

Will he survive? This is the only query that Becky poses.

Though he will undoubtedly survive thanks to you, he will miss out on that priceless opportunity. He needs to thank you, girl, for everything. Mr Donald would say with his cruel smile.

Ever since her dad set his eyes on her, she knows things will never be the same again. And to not be hurt too much when her father accomplished his goal, she managed her emotion and decided to hide it deep down within her soul.

She already rebels against her father in her heart. She knows she will never do anything that can hurt Herig.

When worse comes to worst, she will just sacrifice herself for him; this is what she has already decided in her mind.

"Herig, I want to protect you, but I'm also the bait daddy set to attract you." "Our fate is cruel, and our friend should never have existed in the first place." Becky bit her lip, forcing back the tears.

Somewhere beside the beach, someone was standing. The perfect shirtless physique was bathing in the fresh wind from the sea; he looked to be in his teenage years, between the ages of 17 and 18.

With an extremely handsome face and sturdy body, he stood enjoying nature with a troubled look that made him pay little attention to his surroundings.

"What a pity!" Yu'er said.

"Any problem, Yu'er." The way Herig sounds shows that he is now getting along well with Yu'er

"Tell you a story," Yu'Re asked

'Another story?" Herig responded in horror.

"Hee. "The story won't hurt you, will it?" Yu'er asked teasingly.

"Only you can tell if it won't," Herig replied begrudgingly.

'Hump! Ok. " "Listen, do you have someone you love?" Yu'er asked

'No, why?" Herig asked, somehow confused.

"Not even that girl" notion of surprise robbingYu'er

"Becky is my bestie and more like a blood sister," Herig stated that Yu'er was more disoriented.

"What will you say if someone loves her so much that he can even sacrifice his life for her, but she fails to love him back?" Yu'Re asked

"That will be too sad," Herig said, feeling sore for an unknown reason.

"What a tragic fate!" "She must be feeling this way." Yu'er sounds mysterious and melancholy.

"Who are you talking about?" Herig felt compelled to force her to answer, feeling that the story sounded too familiar.

"You will know in the future." "Don't bother me later; I still need to recuperate," Yu'er replied plausibly, but that was the only time he felt Yu'er had ever annoyed him, ignoring him when he was thirsty for the answer like a ravenous beast.

"Then don't try to be mysterious." Herig snorted and ignored her.
