Even if she noticed those flaws that stood out, she could no longer correct them, especially if others had already noticed them.
Changing things in the present would only make it seem more obvious that she had things to hide and was trying to conceal them.
If something stood out like that, then they would use it to try and look into where she came from to find out anything they could about her.
The only problem was that they could only gain so much from what she had told them and what she had unknowingly let them notice.
There were limitations to how much could be uncovered about her, especially when it came to finding anyone who had the name Ash.
It would soon be found out that there was nobody who matched her appearance that could be identified as being Ash, so it would either be concluded that Ash was a name she had given herself, or she had chosen not to reveal her true name.
