After sending Princess Elizabeth on her way, Fisher didn't call Trandell until it was almost evening. He had planned to let him know that Princess Elizabeth had agreed to their New Party's request, but it turned out that Trandell was the one who called first.

"Fisher, I have sold all the gold you entrusted me to liquidate, and now I am ready to transfer the funds into your bank account. Your account hasn't changed, has it?"

"No. I was just about to tell you, Princess Elizabeth has agreed to the deal with your New Party."

As soon as Fisher finished speaking, there was a light sound from the other end of the phone, as if something had fallen on the floor, followed by the sound of the handset seemingly slamming on the desk, causing Fisher to slightly pull the phone away from his ear.
