After lining up for half an hour, Dorothy and her friends finally followed the traffic to the gates of Venus City. The Homebody Witch gazed at this enormous city in front of her, thinking to herself.
Although the Witch Academy and Venus City are both first-tier cities, there is a difference between first-tier cities.
The Witch Academy is primarily an educational and research city, focused on academia rather than material pursuits. The city is full of academies or research centers, with a serious and old-fashioned atmosphere, much like the Angel Witch Clan that governs it, giving off an antique and rigid impression.
But Venus City is different; it was originally a capital of indulgence and entertainment, focusing on extravagance and luxury. Naturally, the bigger and more prosperous the city, the better.
