Artie looked at the Female Knight who had come alone, her expression slightly complicated.
She was an orphan, raised by her sister since childhood. She was truly grateful for her sister's nurturing, but at the same time, that sister's domineering and harsh control was hard to bear.
She could tell that this sister cared deeply for her, perhaps even loved her, but this love was just too heavy, so heavy that sometimes she felt she couldn't breathe.
Sometimes, she felt as if what her sister wanted to care for wasn't really her. It was simply a desire to guard something, and she was just the object chosen for that guardianship.
She seemed to be her sister's younger sister, the heiress to the famous Knight King, but in reality, she was just a caged canary.
Or rather, a Princess guarded by the Great Dragon.
