Hehe, the civil engineering witch truly does as she pleases. As long as she has sufficient Magic Power, why would she need to go to any external Arena? She can easily create one herself. After all, she knows all about the Magic Pattern Array of an Arena, partly thanks to the accumulation of the Witch of the Forest, and partly from the ready-made High-Level Coliseum designs she obtained from Spider Teacher.
What she lacks are simply the expensive materials and the Magic Power to maintain the Arena's operation.
But now, under the Night Parade of Hyakki state, none of this is a problem.
Materials? In reality, you need high-grade materials to maintain the Magic Pattern Array for a long time, but in this one-time Arena within the World Within the Mirror, there's no need to be so particular. Just use an Illusion Technique to muddle through, then engrave the Magic Pattern Array on the Illusion Arena.
