And instantly, the judges who were previously quite relaxed and at ease suddenly became serious.
Turtle, a full mobilization, such a spectacle hadn't been encountered for at least several thousand years.
Although the highest penalty of the Judgment Court is the extermination order, even with that, it's rare to require the mobilization of all judges.
Given the strength of the Judgment Court, often dispatching several Grand Inquisitors is enough to obliterate most rebellious forces, and if several Grand Inquisitors aren't sufficient, at most, a Great Judge will be enough.
