Under the guidance of Agent Melfin, Dean and Carol took the elevator and arrived at a somewhat gloomy underground area, its walls constructed of granite.
"This place used to be a religious punishment site a long time ago. After renovations, we store evidence from homicide cases here and temporarily house bodies for autopsies," Agent Melfin explained as he led the way.
After approximately seven or eight minutes of walking and passing through several access-controlled doors, the trio finally arrived at a well-lit hall. The hall wasn't very large. Around the edges were some tables, chairs, and snack cabinets, looking like a break area for staff.
