Watching Nyxara being blasted back by the Golem, the Ancient Primordials went grim. If Nyxara could not even budge this unknown entity, then trying to do so by themselves was foolishness, but their prey was still here before them, and it was on its last breath. How could they allow Death to escape?
Although the Ancient Primordials had been able to harvest a lot of Origin Force from Death, all of that was just rootless strength. If the embodiment of Death still remained alive, then the Origin Forces they had consumed would not entirely be their own, and they would not be able to digest them.
If the Beast had been like the Ancient Primordials of before, who only gathered Origin Forces inside its body and wielded all that power like a hammer, instead of with true control, then every Origin Force that had been torn out of its body would belong to the Ancient Primordials.
