after entering the mansion yang kai saw two rooms one looked more like a cave and was made of dark iron which can easily withstand the strength of final foundation building it was a proper training room with various equipments to practice martial arts and the other room looked like a lavish bedroom with a futon and a clean matress after entering this room yang kai found the spiritual qi was the thickest here "this room can be used for cultivation " .inside the room yang kai saw a big wardrobe after opening it he saw many kinds of cultivation resources for the body buillding stage . seeing this yang kai was surprised these should be enough to last me for 3 years he thought . checking the resources he found that most of these were pills to store and enhance his yuan qi . these pills are useful but if I only use these pills my cultivation speed will still be too slow "Hmmm If I can get the black book and the cultivation technique in it. It would make my cultivation even faster" .looking at these resources after getting the black book most of them will become useless as I will only require pure yang stones . so i should exchange them for some body training resources thought yang kai .
