Bond has see the heroes winning the battle over the army of villains, however, the heroes were going weakened over time with the villains and causing them to take the defensive a couple of times to save some energy

However, he is talking through a telepathic link so Bond don't have to say anything, but he refers to talk out loud because it's comfortable for him and no one will really understand what he is saying without context.

The heroes suddenly got a burst or power and quickly dealt with the remaining villains, the heroes restraining them in quirk canceling cuffs that David Shield created thanks to Overhaul research. Also Kyudai Garaki's equipment and research as well, David copied Aizawa's quirk to neutralize all quirks who are wearing the cuffs. The difficult process, the delicate technology, and materials made it hard to mass produce them with ease.
David, however, had months to create tons of quirk canceling cuffs, David made about 15,000 cuffs, there were about 200 heroes so David give 75 cuffs to each hero expect the powerful ones because the cuffs cause break, burn, bend, destroyed, or disintegrated when fighting powerful villains.
Kisuke quickly manipulated the visible strings to go around the heads of the most dangerous villains and quickly snap their necks in an instant. This caused the heroes to be cautious and the villains to panic because someone is killing them one by one.
Kisuke sees with his high perception that AFO is defeating heroes left and right, but also tries to steal them. Kisuke/Ken used his time power to make AFO that the drug really stopped him from stealing quirk. Grape Juice used his final burst of energy to launch a barrage of sticky purple balls at AFO.
This caused AFO to be annoyed at Mineta, but suddenly Grape Juice told AFO to steal his quirk instead. Grape Juice's selfless act caused AFO's trauma to surface and this caused his mental state to shatter a bit as he focuses on heading to Shigaraki so he would be his new body.
Ken
Ken is genuinely bored waiting and ask the system when AFO was about to get here because its been 3 or 4 hours. The system replied with that AFO is coming close to their area and senses All Might coming to their area because it was a spot that AFO would pass there.
AFO almost passes the area, but when he saw all might in front of him, he has angry running through his veins because the drug makes him younger, but also make him lost control though his emotions. Thanks to Shigaraki's hatred about everyone had leak on the main body and now All Might is now his main focus no matter what.

He got out of the car and has a briefcase in hand for the fight he has to do now and has a serious face. All Might is remembering the prophecy that Nighteye told him years ago, he was going to die if I don't stop being a hero, but he isn't a coward because HE IS THE SYMBOL OF PEACE, THE HOPE OF THE PEOPLE AND THE HERO THAT VILLAINS FEAR.

The piece of his belongings started to wrap around his body to create armor, it covered most of his body expect for his eyes and his mouth to show his smile of hope to the world to not disrespect his mentor's words about showing a smile.
" IRON MIGHT IS RIGHT AND GET READY AFO BECAUSE I AM GOING GET RID OF YOU ONCE AND FOR ALL." All Might shouted with word with determination because he is willing to put everything on the line to take down AFO.
Everyone in the floating island is worried because the heroes that were back up were defeated and now All Might is facing AFO with a support item and a weak body. La Brava sees this, she starts streaming the footage by hacking the code of U.A's security and taking control of their main controls.
All Might rushes towards AFO as AFO does the same and AFO launched a powerful energy beam at him at full power. All Might quickly uses Hercules: Red Riot style to block the attack, this caused his armor to be damaged and another powerful attack like that would destroy his defense. Kisuke quickly used his power to repair the armor with some difficulty because healing wounds and repairing machinery are two different things.
All Might uses a version of Black Whip to restrain AFO so he can use Charge Bolt, a high voltage attack that is destroying AFO's body and causing his regeneration to be distrupted. This give All Might an opportunity to use Deku's shoot style, but using it in his way as a smash.
Ken
" It look like Iron Might is having the advantage now, but get ready to jump in or support Iron Might because Iron Might won't have this advantage for long. AFO's quirk is powerful to be defeated without injuries. " The clones and members nod their head silently as Ken is pretending to call someone because of Overhaul.
