(Tien-POV)
'This Dragon- woman, whatever… she's made of some sterner stuff.' Tien quickly gazed to his allies, who had arrived ten minutes ago. The likes of Raditz and Gohan, Krillin and his wife, android Eighteen and then there was Pyrrha. Tien breathed, exertion beginning to be felt in his multiple uses of 'Kaio-Ken', keeping up with Oceanus Shenron as she named herself during her haughty tirades. Though Yang was long gone, with the others backing him and Chiaotzu up, they had enough fighters to fight against this strange dragon lady. But Tien didn't need to worry now, for Gohan was enough, within 'Super Saiyan Four' or 'Primal'… whatever they called it, the point was Gohan had the upper hand now in the bout. Gohan's power eclipsed hers and she knew it.
Right now though, Gohan continued to hammer into her barrier, for shielding ability was still something akin to what Tien believed to be magic, which is why Gohan had to be working at his very best to just be in a good position within this fight, testing her for the weakness's she must have. Only Chiaotzu helped with the bout for the moment, much to the displeasure of that ass Raditz, who looked to be wanting to jump in as well and fight, nonetheless he kept back at the behest of his nephew and Goku's son, the young man he now is showing his impressive fighting prowess hadn't really taken a nose dive since he'd primarily relied on clones, to work and spend time with his family while on the off chance of free time he would train, like the rest of them.
"Annoying beast, brat! I've had it up to here with this-" Gohan took made moves upon Oceanus's from up above of her, figuring out what appeared to be one or her weakness of the shield-barrier she employed and struck from the top of her head, shattering the barrier and smashing her down off the cliff, taking a large chunk of it with her as she fell down into the rough sea. Their fight took to the ocean nearby, in which she had been slowly but surely retreating towards in her bout with Gohan, now she was encased and any normal person would be drowning now… Tien landed at the cliff face and turned to Gohan.
"Gohan, did you notice-"
"-Notice her leading this fight towards the ocean to the west of your home. Yeah… She been using elemental attacks almost seamlessly. A combination of wind; her barriers and those almost invisible attacks and also her attacks that were made of water. Her name is a dead giveaway too Tien, yeah." Gohan turned to smirk at him, as Tien shrugged as a laugh escaped him, for thinking Gohan was dumb at all would be a foolish endeavor.
"You guys, she's taken this fight to the ocean, good thing I know how to breathe down there, the 'Aura Sphere' technique comes in handy in this fight." Gohan called out as Krillin, Chiaotzu, Pyrrha, Eighteen and Raditz touched down around Tien, Gohan starting to float upwards in preparation to blast off after Oceanus Shenron.
"Go ahead then kid, it saves me getting my hair wet to go facing off against that watery tart." Eighteen spoke up, Krillin turning to chuckle at her comment, which earned him a smile from his wife. Pyrrha and Chiaotzu nodded silently, while only Raditz grumbled.
"Gohan then, get to it and take that lady out quick. No wasting time now… With the dragon ball you've got in hand Pyrrha, this dragon also has one… so it's safe to assume that there will be five more of them. Anyone else flare their Ki?" Tien asked those who remained for Gohan had already nodded at the first part of Tien's comment, blasting underwater from the cliff and everyone on the cliff could feel Gohan's energy flickering with use.
(Raven Branwen-POV)
Her kids were with Ruby, Summer and Tai while they prepared to head off world to the esteemed world of the Kai's as guests, her brats to be trained under this Old Kai and possibly, whoever actually will be training them all. She did train them a little… though like with Yang, she didn't force them to do anything nor did she baby them quite as much.
'...Vegeta on the other hand, he liked when those kids of his showed initiative and went to him for training I that gravity chamber he frequented, with which he would have them train with him, taking it easy on the gravity change.' Right now, She and Qrow were flying away from her place, taking a look around for one of these shadow dragon foes to stomp the light out of, when she heard Qrow shout.
"Oi, down there. That town there, I just seen a flash of something. Someone just touched down-" he didn't get to finish shouting against the wind made from their speeds in flying when an explosion rained out below, Raven's gaze honed in on it easily, for the explosion was quite a size and the detonation then continued as other explosions pelted the township. She replied, hand gripped her sword, 'Omen' at her waist.
"Will land here then, I can sense Tien, Gohan and Chiaotzu enjoying themselves fighting one of these beasts and before, Pyrrha. Will be enough for this one." Qrow nodded, now holding a capsule in his right hand which Raven knew held her brothers weapon 'Harbinger' within. They changed their flightpath, getting closer to the town and hearing those within shout out for their lives, giving Raven an all too living memory of hearing such screams from her days of raiding, a bout of nostalgia passed over her though she chuckled, seeing the creature in question in which was causing the explosions. Something rodent-like in appearance was digging its way through three different fuel stations, which caused those explosions as it dug around in the asphalt and concrete with no effort at all, almost lazily.
'Looks more like a rodent then something capable of universal destruction.' she then fired a Ki-blast down upon the creature, not enough energy to do wide-spread damage, enough to alert the shadow dragon to her presence. The blast erupted upon contact, the dragon- rodent thing gazed upwards just before impact and she heard him shout out.
"E-Earthquakes rule man." he was snuffed out after that, his voice at least, Raven landed and Qrow touched down a second after, chuckling.
"Did that guy say earthquakes rule? What a lad. This is one of those dragons then, more like a rodent." Raven sneered, eyes facing the clouded creature, it could be heard breathing out and doing so it blew away the cloud of dust and the resulted fire from her attack, then to her ire begun to dust himself off.
"Hey there, you must have dug that trench then. You do know there is a town here right." Qrow said, a joke for he threw his capsule and then removed his weapon for the fight, as Raven then removed her own and held it with ease in one hand. The shadow dragon, to which Raven also spotted the seven star dragon ball in his face, prepared to engage with it.
"You daft moron! You almost ruined my works, it was quite a job to get the right trench depth and all. I mean look at it, impeccable work for a shadow dragon, am I right. Uh, now where should I take this trench next…" Raven grit her teeth, almost at her limit in terms of just how much she can taker from this bastard, his attitude so reminded her of Qrow-
"-So hey man, look… we're going to have to take that there dragon ball on your forehead there, basically waiting for the plucking. So, right, will give you a chance to fight then but don't think will go easy on you because you look like a rodent." Qrow said, humor lacing his tone as he prepared to blast forwards, 'Harbinger' in hand though the dragon replied heatedly.
"Y-You, I'm no rodent! I am Naturon Shenron a-and I'm uh… just going to go huh, yeah… got the rest of the trench to do. Uh, hey you two! Might want to get out the way… I uh, going to dig that way." he waved his clawed hand at them, as to dismiss them which is when Raven felt her right eye twitch, she flickered forwards, her sword 'Omen' slicing forwards and clashing against the uh, Naturon Shenron's sharp claws, two of them cracked from the clash. Raven the flickered to his side and engaged in a heated melee clash, using 'Omen' in sync with her kicks at his side, getting him to flinch, the last kick punting him into the ground.
"H-Hey woman, get out of my face. Now… uh, this way." she watched perplexed as he begun digging once more, those damaged claws seemingly rebuilt by tensing, he then begun to dig once more. Raven didn't just stand there though, hearing the rodent dragons singing, she went straight after him, now encased in 'Kaio-Ken' her energy disintegrating dirt and rock that fell upon her, she then started slashing at his tail and back, though he resisted to her annoyance.
'Relax Raven you mad woman. Let me try something… Hey! Ugly rodent bastard, you've got no skills at all in digging at all! What a lout, where did you learn to dig anyway… from brats?" lobbing Ki-blasts after the trenching-digging shadow dragon, Raven also realized the dragons destination, his path unhindered for he kept on digging on.
'Gatlick Gun'… … … fire!' she thought, seeing Qrow's way not doing anything either, she pinpointed his location and aimed just a little ahead of him, making sure the blast would hit him direct and fired, thrusting both hands forwards.
Blinding light drowned out the area, flickering brightly as the beam shot straight downwards piercing through the ground. She kept adding more energy and made sure she controlled the blast to not detonate until it hit head on.
"'Crimson Blast' haaaaaaaaaa!" Qrow fired his own Ki technique, the beam aimed right in front of her one and detonated on impact with the ground, ripping the ground between Naturon Shenron and their positions in the air from the area and disintegrating it. Majin Buu showed up then, looking like his clueless self, he called out to them.
"Uh, scary woman. Chocolate drinking guy! Majin Buu come to help." Qrow chuckled, holding a hand to his face to block out the blinding light, red and purple flashes from both their techniques going off upon Naturon Shenron.
"Yeah Buu, I'll go get you some after this uh, fight. Though down there." Qrow pointed while Raven kept an eye on the expanding pit that continued to open, that dragon's dragon ball spilled out and head straight for her, to her confusion. She caught it of course, a win was a win and all but… what a pathetic weakling, to think… it would take but her and Qrow to end the rodent-
-Raven blinked in surprise, for the damaged dragon ball begun to laugh in a sinister way, that rodent's voice spewing out from within the cracked ball as a blinding sphere of light begun to ignite around her. Raven couldn't release the dragon ball neither, the sphere of light now absorbing her into it of which even within 'Kaio-Ken', she could free herself.
Qrow and Majin Buu flickered over, both of them grabbing her legs now for Raven was already almost engulfed in that orb of light before-
(Qrow Branwen-POV)
-The blinding light that swallowed Raven whole begun to glow more fiercely, Majin Buu and he backed up a ways for the light begun to grow in size, the a silhouette of a large winged dragon begun forming before at once, the illuminating light dispersed, the dragon now revealed.
'And Raven is nowhere to be seen… right, but I can sense her within this black colored dragon.' Qrow thought, then gazing at Majin Buu. With him here, whatever this guy had up his sleeve, Qrow and him could deal with, saving Raven as well.
"Buu watch mean lady get eaten up. Buu would have wanted to-"
"-Yeah, yeah Buu. We've got to beat the black dragon up and get Raven out of there. Can I count on you there Buu, will have to make a lot of noise too, hopefully reinforcements will arrive." Qrow said this glancing upwards from seeing multiple energy trails, of a group of lads in flight… he sensed Yamcha about to arrive but he seen Yamcha, Seventeen and Sixteen blasting towards their location.
'Well, Raven is in there… the idiot. Majin Buu is backing me up and now I've got Yamcha, Seventeen and Sixteen. Though this guy runs on magic… old Oz would be interested in such a bastard as this. Magic and all.' his sister can sit tight while they all deal with this guy-
"-Ah ha he… heh… ha… your friend is going to be very much appreciated by me, her fire and passion now my power. She's in here you know… empowering me, her energy shall be your downfall-" Sixteen, then Seventeen and Yamcha touched down nearby, spread around the area, all eyes on the giant monstrosity of a dragon, the dragon gleefully smirked as he continued to chuckle, though Yamcha went ahead and spoke up, eyeing Qrow for a moment.
"I uh, sensed your sister and you here. She dead or something… is this guy that formidable to take out Raven-"
"-Oh, on the contrary fool, I've turned her in take out… She was an excellent snack but now I've got to go now. A lot of earth requires moving and it isn't going to move by itself." the dragon took a step forwards, each step loudly resonating upon the ground while causing but a small tremor.
"Oh and, your friend… you kill me friends, and your friend dies… I'd advise you to go on about your business and stay out of my way." he cackled then, about to step pass though Qrow stepped forwards in this smug bastard's path, a smirk of his own which confused the dragon at first.
"Yeah… about that. Eaten our uh, friend… or not. You're still going to be strung up in by your tail bastard." Qrow took off and Yamcha and Seventeen followed his lead, Sixteen hung back and Qrow caught a quick glance at him, in particular, his eyes which begun to glow red in some computer-like way… as if he was scanning.
Testing the waters so to speak, Qrow swiped with 'Harbinger', aiming at the dragons tail and chased after him when he started squawking like a coward, dodging this way and that.
'He's using 'Kaio-Ken' now… who knew an evil dragon knew that technique.' Qrow thought, still on the dragons tail as he continuously fled for his tails well-being, Qrow sliced deep into his tail from underneath and held on. Yamcha kicked at the dragons face for starters, following up with a brutal melee beat-down upon the dragons face at once until he placed his clawed hands in front of him and energy surged up from the ground. Yamcha cursed loudly but afterimaged out of the way, as Seventeen took this moment, from a different position to launch a vicious Ki-barrage that impact the large dragons body and the ground around him. Qrow using 'Harbinger' expertly wielded it and then heard the loud shriek, when he finally cut off the dragons tail.
"See that there Shenron! That there tail of yours, is how the lot of you is going to be when I'm finished. With this here weapon, I'll carve you out for steaks. I'll make sure you feel every inch of the blade…" Qrow grinned, liking that he was so affecting this clowns flight or fight instincts to such a degree… to the former. Raven would have already killed him but, she was now possessed or whatever so they had to mind killing the guy… Though inflicting as much damage as inhumanly possible to break his will and make him wish he was dead.
Seventeen hammered into the side where his ribs were and Qrow heard the splintering crack that was Shenron's bones shattering loudly, howling out at the same time What's his name placed his hands down on the ground, beams of energy blasting out at Qrow and Yamcha.
A shape could be seen while the dragon tumbled in agony, grabbing his side, the outline of Raven's body, hands pressed up against the belly… underneath the skin could be seen before Qrow landed, her visage through the skin protruding then vanished as if a mirage, Qrow knew then and there that at least, she was alive.
"Raven's alive, this fat guy hasn't digested him yet-"
"-F-Fool! I'm not fat and she wasn't eaten l-like I mentioned before. If y-you kill me, you lose her forever-"
"tiresome. What do you say we beat this loudmouth to a pulp, show him there are worse ways to go then death. What say you Sixteen, or do you need more time to study this one's combat effectiveness. I for one, think he hasn't got much going for him but that is me." Seventeen said with barely enough emotion emphasized in his tone, Ki around him flared with 'Kaio-Ken'. Yamcha chuckled from nearby as Sixteen landed next to him now, his black and all black combat fatigues in which he wore these days, armored polymer Qrow would figure is similar to Saiyan armor.
Sixteen also wore a belt and only a belt… a sidearm at his side of which was made by Ruby years ago, way back after Cell was killed the first time here on earth.
"...This foe has been drawing his power on Raven. But she almost manifested through and broke herself free before, if we keep up a relentlessness assault-"
"-Attack, attack… and attack some more, got it big guy. Yamcha. Follow my lead." Seventeen's energy became inflamed once again as Yamcha nodded, arms held high in front of him.
"H-Heh, right!" Both Yamcha and Seventeen took off and flickered across the battlefield, making their way to close the line between Naturon Shenron and themselves, Qrow then following their lead and with 'Harbinger' in hand, he'd instinctively used it's mecha-shift and shot behind him with the shotgun mode, blinking as he didn't really need to do that anymore to move swiftly across the battlefield these days, what with his power being what it is.
'Heh, this creature… facing him has brought back those fleeting moments of hunting Grimm from my past…' he'd mecha-shift 'Harbinger' into its war-scythe mode, he went for the head, seeing Sixteen blast straight passed him and easily catching up to Seventeen and Yamcha. And once again, this cowards flight or fight instincts were kicking into overdrive, the look of panic only made Qrow grimace, for this wasn't a mindless Grimm, but a creature with a will and from its destruction of this area plus that old Kai's warning, evil.
