(Piccolo-POV)
With Everyone now gathered on the lookout, except for Seventeen, Eighteen, Sixteen and Qrow whose flying air transport he used to take the three to Bulma's laboratory on Amenbo island, one of 'K.B.S Industries Corporation' headquarters, Piccolo has visited the island a few times in the past to train with Kron, or one of the others and used the advanced facility there to do so.
The most advanced in gravitational manipulation technology, those four were heading there to check over Seventeen, of which he was now sporting a new look along with some highly impressive cheat systems ingrained into his bionic body. Of which was the ability to absorb Ki energy, though Seventeen was indeed back to normal thanks to Goku and his timely use of the 'Forced Spirit Fission' technique, so now everyone of them except for… Krillin and Kron were gathered above on the lookout, the mighty dragon Shenron looked down upon them while Dende spoke to him, bellowing out each wish in a shout.
Piccolo was also aware of Moori, who stood along with Dende, Mr. Popo, the supreme Kai Shin and his attendant Kibito so at least, one wish had been already made by the time every one of them had made to gather here.
'Gathered… in saying that, they are here.' Piccolo's antennae twitched, sensing the chaotic energies of Dabura, Raditz… and Nouva Shenron along with another whose Ki signature matched Nouva to a degree. His eyes narrowed upon a delicate beauty, blue skinned shadow dragon, wearing a dress of all things and like Nouva, lacked a dragon ball. Those who seen them, who heard the grumbling of Raditz as he arrived turned to witness she and Nouva Shenron touching down a ways away from the others, Dabura landing nearby to them, Piccolo believed in a way to say that 'he trusted them and would stand by them' or something like that, Piccolo didn't care in the slightest in the end.
The shadow dragon threat was dealt with, the newly resurrected Cell and Broly, along with that doctor Gero, who with that other managed to create yet another threat to be dealt with… in the end, they persevered and came out in triumph, though with a loss to their side.
"Hmm, speaking of loss.' Piccolo thought grimly, for he seen Goku, now powered down as everyone but Vegeta and that battle-obsessed Saiyan Cumber were in a relaxed and non-transformed state, Piccolo glanced at his own right hand briefly, tensing slightly as he remembered his new form and resolved to train in it's use soon. Goku, stood around with Dende and from here, Piccolo heard his wish, though it was Shin who interceded, asking Goku to reconsider that wishes parameters, of which Goku then was more then confused.
"Goku, we could wish back Krillin, but you could have this wish worded in a way as to wish back everyone in the universe, who were killed by evil, of which Krillin was also affected. There are many people whose lives were taken in a short amount of time, in part, thanks to three beings… I'm sad to say that one of them, is your own ally Kron. The others, were Cell when he was being controlled by that mind-controlling mask. The other? A creature of evil creation, we've seen it here before… the Majin beast known as Hirudegarn, also wearing more or less, a similar mask to the others." that was news, and seeing Zangya there not upset, though looking to her friend and fellow wife Pyrrha, they were a little disheartened by the news that their husband was being controlled in killing innocents, Piccolo was confused.
'He should be more than strong enough to resist such paltry trickery, such as mind manipulations… I underestimated the guy then.' Piccolo shrugged, keeping his gaze affixed on Goku, who looked to be in a thinking state. Shin then continued, seeing that Goku was at a loss, he turned to Dende and spoke, from where Piccolo stood far off, he could still hear clearly.
"Dende, for the second wish. I've got one, repeat after me-"
"-No need to make me do the wish lord Shin, Shenron can understand you." the supreme Kai seemed surprised at first, but brushed it off and then turned, in Piccolo's words, meekly, towards the great wishing dragon.
"Y-Yes, then I shall make the second wish. Lord Shenron! Hear me and- right. I wish to revive all those killed by evil during the last two months to be revived on their specific planets should- uh…" Shin paused, then redone the wish it seems, though Shenron was getting impatient by the gleam in his red, glowing eyes and the small annoyed rumble.
"-Uh, hang on Lord Shenron. I wish that all the planets in the universe that were destroyed by evil or those working for evil, to be rebuilt and placed in their prior positions." Shin said, and Piccolo could understand it was a more intelligent wish, then wishing back 'all' those killed by evil, those who were wiped out by their planet exploding would be revived in their prior positions, of which there wouldn't be a planet for them and thus, they would choke and die another painful death. That wish, would make his next wish less prone to be a waste of wishing power, though Piccolo eyed the dragon as he rumbled in place, his deep tone of voice while the dragon looked to be thinking it over.
"...Hmm, I can make this wish, though it would require I use two wishes to empower it's success. Make of that what you will. Shall I do so or would you like to waste my time further and make a do over, lord Supreme Kai uh, sir." the dragon Shenron said a little more understanding, trailing off at the end as to show 'some' respect to Shin, who looked to be in thought.
"Yes… make this wish." Shenron's eyes glowed, he growled out while the wish was been fulfilled.
"...Your wish… has been granted. You've three wishes left." Piccolo's interest was peaked, Dende turned to a confused Shin, replying as humbly as possible.
"I've been making some improvements to the dragon balls while we had them all together." he explained, pausing. Dende continued with everyone listening.
"Uh, meaning I've made it possible for six wishes now and increased the rate in which the negative energy that gathers within them to disperse at a quicker rate then one hundred years… now they require five years to disperse this negative energy, though that also makes them inert for five years time. With my training on the side, with Mr. Popo coaching me, I've gotten that much stronger to affect even the mystical energies of the dragon balls I govern." Dende gulped, seeing some of those impatient watching, he quickly hurried to continue his explanation.
"I wagered it would be a good choice to do this now with them all together and before we use them. Though now they come with a longer waiting time. I am sure lord Moori here will in the mean time, allow us to use the Namekian dragon balls should we need them if the earth dragon balls are still inert." Dende then turned to bow to Moori, who only nodded and heartily replied, a small chuckle at Dende's expense, embarrassing the younger Namekian.
"The Namekian people and the Earth people are forever allies… even the Saiyan people among them, are welcome to come to Namek and go through the ancient test to see if they can use the Namekian dragon balls. Naturally, we'd defend them should other evils come to Namek for the dragon balls and will count on our allies on earth, to come assist us as well." Moori turned to everyone, petting Dende on the shoulder, Dende nodding in turn.
'Hmm, the old man is good but he's obviously fearful for the Namekian people, well… we will help them out should they come under attack in the future, might even be smart to offer them some of those training gravity chambers to them from time to time, to train up their warriors.' Piccolo was also impressed by Dende's initiative, upgrading the earth's dragon balls like that.
'Smart lad. Better Dende than I for the boring job of guardian of the earth.' Piccolo thought that this would also take everyone's reliance on them down to a degree, while also making sure now other shadow dragons aren't born again, also now everyone including Piccolo himself, who'd couldn't remember such a caveat was even ingrained in the dragon balls for his memories of being the 'whole' Namekian, even if he's now become whole with the fusion of Kami and now, Piccolo Sr. As Piccolo calls him, whatever life he led on earth prior to the split was all gone to him.
"OK then lord Shenron, I will make this last wish. I wish… to revive all those killed by evil during the last two months to be revived on their specific planets, can you… can you make this wish lord Shenron?" the dragon rumbled in thought, eyes glaring towards them all, flared red and he replied with a bellow.
"Hmmm, I can. Though this wish will cost more power. I'd have to use the last two wishes to empower this one. I take it I have permission, or did you want to wish for something else?" he asked impatiently, his tone an edge that shone his growing impatience. Piccolo was also getting tired of this standing around also, but was less prone to acting like Raditz is, he kept silent and then, feeling like it he then conjured a new outfit to go over his almost destroyed one.
"...Yes, lord Shenron. Make this wish and use the remainder wishes if it helps." Lord Shin asked, and Piccolo seeing the familiar shine of the eyes, Shenron growled out.
"...Your wish is granted, I'll see you in… five years time. Fairwell." Shenron then dispersed into a golden beam of light, striking upwards into the sky, the earth dragon balls blasted upwards and then dispersed into random directions, quickly gaining speed until they were all gone, no longer seen.
Piccolo gazed around, seeing that Krillin hadn't showed up, though Goku quickly turned in a blink and then via 'Instant Transmission' vanished from his place nearby to Dende and Lord Shin, then he reappeared with Krillin by his side, left hand placed upon his shoulder.
The others, those friendly with Krillin either nodded at him with a grin, the likes of Yamcha, Tien, Chiaotzu, Gohan… and with surprise even Nappa gave the fellow bald warrior a thumbs up… wonder when they became friends. Raditz even sent the human warrior a brief nod, though not much else. Pyrrha and also in her own way, Zangya also acknowledged his return in their own ways, Zangya doing so much less annoyed than those like Raven and Dabura. The others? Bardock only sent him a strange look, while the elder Vegeta only looked on annoyed, Cumber didn't acknowledge him in the slightest while Mira kept on glaring at everyone around him, except for Dabura. Pikkon, Nouva, whatever name this other shadow dragon only stood by, silent but watchful in their own ways.
'Pikkon also wants our help as well… I'll have to mention it now.' Piccolo thought, turning to that guy, who then looked straight at him and nodded, Piccolo returning the look and then turning to Majin Buu, who was busy eating nearby from a bowl that the annoying creature must have conjured during Shenron's appearance. Goku then clapped Krillin on the shoulder, startling him for a brief second, most like from the unintended strength into the move, speaking up.
"Hey Krillin, It's good that your all back and all but uh, I'd better take you to Eighteen now, she was really worried for you." Krillin nodded, replying though Piccolo chose this moment to get everyone attention, Krillin speaking to Goku and the two of them vanished from the spot, possibly using Qrow, who was with those three androids as the target to teleport to.
"Alright then, will remain here before everyone decides to go disappear from the area and go about your business. I've got one guy here, a warrior named Pikkon who has something to say." Pikkon nodded, then stepped forwards.
"It may not look it, but until a few days ago I was in the other world, a part of a group of the most renowned fighters to have fought in the Grand Martial Arts Gathering, a tournament that the Grand kai himself has been organizing. Those who've participated are also extended other duties to do with preserving order and security in the other worlds hell realms, breaking up evil foes and their plots to escape or cause havoc in their prisons." Pikkon looked at those gathered, continuing on.
"Anyway, someone had managed to make a small enough entrance into the hell realms and some have escaped, among them was Cell and Broly, whom I've since seen that they have been defeated. There are others of noteworthy threat, among them a alien warlord named Bojack, Cooler and-" Vegeta was the one among those listening to interrupt first, scoffing loudly and making Pikkon pause.
"-We've dealt with those fools before, they would be fools to come after us once more. Cell and Broly, they were strong but now, there back where they belong… in the dustbin. We've got a more pressing matter to concern ourselves with, so make your point and ask for some of those here for their help. Me? If they show themselves in front of me I'll deal with them but to actively hunt down these weaklings, I've better things to do with my time." Piccolo and the others then heard the sound of a loud airship incoming, then seen Vegeta's face turn slightly, from a sneer into a kind of gulp, then indifference to try and hide his fear, when Lord Beerus and Lord Whis touched down, they left the air transport that Bulma was seen piloting, then the air transport was capsuled then and there.
"My, we've enjoyed the hospitality on your planet, the show was the second best part of my affairs here, the other? The food. Ah… a bother it is, Bulma. Go ahead and explain what is to happen now, I'm going to go take a look around." Beerus passed through the crowd, eyeing everyone with barely any interest, yawning quite a bit actually and he went inside the Lookouts throne room area.
"My Lord has had a long ordeal and while it might seem it, he is still a bit tired from interfering with the being known as Moro. I'd wager he will sleep once again long after the proceedings of this tournament he and his fellow destroyer god and brother, Lord Champa have concocted. Lord Beerus has asked me to assist you all in locating his fighter Kron for his chosen position as a participate in the Universe Seven versus Universe Six tournament they have decided to wager. Lord Beerus I'd imagine, will remain here, as a guest Lord Guardian of the earth, Dende." Dende nodded fervently, Mr. Popo running off, perhaps to gather more supplies for a guest. Dende replying with a bow.
"Will be honored to house Lord Beerus here, Mr. Popo has already deigned to gather more supplies to better attend him."

He and Kibito quickly left the lookout, in order to collect the children on the sacred world of the Kai's plus those parents that went with them, leaving whatever explanation that was going to be done on the lookout to the others, finally they could all take a rest and Shin and Kibito would look for the demon Towa and Kron, as a helping hand to the earth. Though he could hear the explanation that at this time Bulma was busy giving to the others on the lookout, via a recorder of all things, of how Earth was now being wagered in a tournament between destroyer gods, though this would take place in two weeks time.
Giving the others plenty of time to either train, those handpicked by Lord Beerus were, as he idly listened while now landing upon the sacred world of Kai's, will be five members. The following chosen; Vegeta, Goku, Piccolo, Kron, and one more to be decided among the earthlings. That is why there would be a search and rescue mission in tracking down Kron, for Lord Beerus has chosen him and while not knowing much of destroyer gods in general, Shin believed such a guy was prone to getting his own way.
"My Lord, the Elder Kai and the guests should be gathering soon, should I alone return them to Earth." Kibito asked humbly, Shin nodding silently, his mind elsewhere while he thought of any clues as to how he could track down this demon lady, seemingly holding Kron somewhere obscured even to his vision.
"...Yes Kibito, I'll be needing to arrange a meeting between the four quadrant Kai's and the overseer Kai presiding over them. I'll need their help to pinpoint any clues in the universe as to any presence of this Towa and her lair. Take the guests off world and back to their homes, they all must have gotten a bit more capable in strength and their parents will be glad to see them safe. Come to me after, will head towards where I decide the meeting between the Kai's take place."

'I can sense a lot of people have been restored to their planets as well, more life in my universe has been restored. It will do well to keep the people under me protected from those threats that have escaped, Hirudegarn is unaccounted for along with King Cold, Cooler and Bojack… Bojack is the most immediate problem, for he has already arrived back to the new Hera home planet and has challenged and killed the leader there. The Hera are already waging a war against Frieza now, so they plus King Cold and Cooler will most likely face one another.' Shin would mourn the passing of those serving under them of course, life was precious to him after all and while the dragon balls in recent years have made life and death a well, a joke… He was still the supreme Kai of Universe Seven.
