As the moon peek out from under the clouds light shone on a dark figure running across the street. The street was empty the doors to people homes were closed and lights were turned off, the street was deserted, not a single human can be seen, the wind was quiet and calming.the only sign of life was the mewing of cat and soft whispers.
The city pankas felt like a shadow of it past self, which used to be lively up until the morning, people are always seen on the street at all times,as pankas was a very large and developed city,it all started a few months ago when several dead bodies of people were found on the road, street,men women and even children bodies were found.
The government of pankas declared a that no citizen should before outside pass 6 0clock ,a slight wind blew causing the cloak to move revealing a fair skin underneath, the dark figure was been chased by two enforcers,it made a sharp turn the enforcers were right behind, but when the turn the could not see the cloaked figure.
"Shit she got away dammit,we almost had her " one of the enforcers said " what should we do mark" the enforcers said to the other who had been quiet up untill now,"let move forward Denise ,it to narrow a passage for her to out ran us since we were right behind her" mark said."this is the second time this week,I think this lady has something to do with the increase in death rate in pankas, and we no nothing about her except that she is a lady"Denise said angrily.
After the enforcers passed a female voice was heard in the dark
" How can you be so careless deri you almost got caught, you never listen to me so very stubborn, if it wasn't for me you would have been caught now".
" No am to good to be caught, but thank anyway" deri said smugly
