I still couldn't help feeling that there was something off about all of this, which was why I had my people send messages to all the other groups suppressing monsters.
Though the reports that came in said that they were doing fine and there weren't any problems, I just couldn't feel assured and needed someone to report in.
But the only reports were…
"Everything is going as planned."
As well as…
"Is the commander alright?"
This wasn't a report that was supposed to reach me, but it was easy for me to get this from the messengers.
Still, I made sure that they kept sending these reports in so that I could tell what was happening with each of the battlefields with the monsters.
With all of these reports, it was easy to see that there was nothing that was happening in our battle. It seemed that the same thing happened with each of the monster kings that we had to take down where there was something distracting them.
