A frown appeared on the elder dragon's face, and his eyes twitched. The elder dragon thought the afterlife was too soft and cozy.
His memories were all over the place, but even then, he remembered how he had ended up in this state clearly.
Dracos! That damned Frost Monarch had completely overwhelmed him. The fact that he had made it seem so easy caused a burning flame of anger to surge in the elder dragon's heart.
Then he also remembered that disgusting Hybrid. When the elder dragon thought about Nox, he had expected to feel intense anger in his heart—an anger even more intense than the one directed at the Frost Monarch.
However, instead of rage, he… he felt reverence.
"What's this?!" the elder dragon screamed in his mind. He was supposed to hate him with passion, so what was this strange feeling… why did it feel as if he could lay down his life for his master?
