Beneath the surface of the giant mountain, where massive caverns stretched for miles, the Earth Monarch stood like a mountain of stone.
Corrupted dragons had tunneled into the caves, thinking themselves clever.

The ground shook as the walls moved. Stalactites sharpened and plunged downward like spears.

The tunnels collapsed, burying entire battalions of Scourge dragons under tons of stone.
"Let them rot under the weight of their sins," he rumbled.
The Earth Dragons worked tirelessly, reshaping the terrain, creating narrow kill zones, and encasing corrupted beasts in sarcophagi of jade.
The battle underground was brutal.
But it was in their favor—this terrain was their domain.
