From his balcony, Nox saw the familiar golden flying carriages with the insignia of the Vermilion Kingdom.
A brief gleam of surprise and confusion flickered across his eyes. This visit came as quite the surprise because he wasn't expecting anyone.
Then a part of him was also worried… Vermilion and Cromwell were allies and had almost a sibling-like relationship, as both were once a single kingdom before the split.
Yet who knew if the recent surge of Beast Tamers had rubbed them wrongly? He could never tell. But one thing he could tell was that they were not here for a fight since it was only a single carriage.
