"They know we are here," Nox repeated, his voice low and tense. "Most importantly… they know about Terra. And I mean they really know her."
Eve's eyes flashed as she immediately understood what he was trying to say. As Nox's master, she was one of the few people who had learned about Terra early on, the forgotten Goddess believed to have vanished from history.
It was only recently that Nox had begun spreading beast taming openly, allowing people to learn about it. However, from the way he sounded, it felt as though the Imperin had known about Terra long before her existence became widespread again.
He then proceeded to explain everything he had heard during the meeting.
"So you are saying you heard all these things through her eyes?" Eve asked in amazement, clearly impressed by his ability.
Nox nodded once.
