*Kriinggg.. Kriinggg*
Along with the chime of the school bell, the sounds of students running to their classes can be heard. Amongst them was a boy named Affandra, he looks like the typical high school boy but perhaps a tad bit shorter than others.
He quickly opened the door to his class with suspense, not knowing whether the teacher is in there or not. After he muster up his courage, he opened the door and instantly released a sigh of relieve as he found the classroom still half empty. 'Well what can I expect from a public school?' Affandra thought.
Affandra was one of the students at the infamous eight public school in his town. Like many others, this is the first time he joined the offline classes since the virus struck. It's really awkward between him and his classmates since they have only met once or twice, but fortunately Affandra sat with 4 of his friends. The tall dark skinned one is Will, Reze is the tall playboy, Alan is the math prodigy the same height as Affandra and one of his closest friend, and lastly the noisy guy Ryan.
But unfortunately today only Will and Ryan showed up.
"Guys where's Reze and Alan?" Affandra asked his friends.
"Don't you remember? Reze got the ceremony duty and Alan is studying for his olympiad." Ryan replied.
'Ah great another sleepy week it is' Affandra thought. After that, they continued to study as they normally would for a few hours until the recess bell rings.
*Kringgg... Kringg....*
'Ahhhh finally it is done!' Affandra muttered.
"Guys, you want to grab something to eat at the canteen?" He asked.
Suddenly the door opened revealing that the Vice Heasmaster is entering our classroom.
"Hello class, I'm here looking for Will and Ryan".
With that, the two of them walked to the woman and talked to her for a while. After that Affandra saw them grabbing their backpack and walking out the class. Peaking with curiosity Affandra followed and asked them what they were doing.
*Thump thump thump*
As Affandra catch up to them he asked, "Where are you guys going?"
Will replied "We're going to choir practice, it is said that the seniors are having a graduation event in a week and they want us to perform, do you want to join us?"
Affandra without a second thought yelled "YES!" as he didn't have any friends in class.
What Affandra thought to be a joke turned out to be something serious and would change his whole life from that point on.
