"Bro, where did you get all these!" Jared exclaimed as he grabbed hold of the first gun in sight.
"I don't think we should be touching that," Sinon suggested.
"Why not?" Both Ash and Jared asked the same question.
"Are you even sane? Those are guns, we don't even know where they are from,"
"We all need this, every one of us-"
"Oh yeah? And why?" She said as she interrupted him.
"I get that you want us to have an upper hand in this whole thing," Diva cut in. "But what's in it for you?"
Hearing that question, Ash thought for a second about how to properly reply.
"Who cares? We get to keep some of these sweet babies and!" Jared countered and took a dramatic pause. "We get to protect ourselves from those zombies,"
"You know what" David suddenly asked, making all eyes turn to him. "I think we could use them,"
"Oh my God, not you too," Sinon responded with an attitude of frustration. "Gareth, tell me you're different,"
After releasing a sigh, Gareth walked towards them before speaking.
"I am different,"
"Thank you," Sinon replied happily with the thought of getting someone on her side.
"Which is why I say we gear up and go test these things out," Gareth added.
"Wait, what?"
"Are you nuts?"
"Woahhh, slow down bro,"
His sudden answer made them all surprised as they each reacted.
"Ash?" Rika asked as she pulled his top from the side.
Her smallish figure could barely be noticed as she stood beside Ash feeling scared.
"Do we have to use that?" She asked as she pointed to the box.
'I sometimes forget how frightened she can be while she was young.' he thought within.
"Don't worry, we will all protect each other, so don't get scared, alright?" Ash spoke softly as he patted her head.
"Alright,"
"Alright guys, stop touching the weapons and load them into the vehicle," Ash demanded as he approached them.
"We are seriously doing this?" Sinon asked, still not believing what was happening.
"Yes, why not?" Ash answered.
"Um... At least tell me it's licensed or something, tell me something assuring,"
"It's not licensed,"
"What?"
"Sweet," Jared became even more excited as he heard what Ash said.
"Oh this just got better," Gareth added as they lifted the box into the trunk of the vehicle.
"Are y'all nuts?" Diva yelled at them. "An unlicensed weapon?"
"Do you know what will happen when we get caught?"
"Listen both of you," Ash turned to both Diva and Sinon.
He finally got fed up with their repeated questions and doubt and seemed to be upset as he walked toward them.
"Look at the way the city is, do you think anyone's gonna care about some unlicensed weapon?" He questioned with fury written all over his face.
"We can just leave the zombie killing to the feds, I'm sure they'll know what to do?"
"The feds and government don't care about citizens at this point,"
"There are thousands of zombies out there, their priority will be to take care of the higher-ups, then rid the city of the zombies,"
"Only after then, will they think about their citizens," Ash explained as he gazed into Sinon's eyes.
For a moment, the whole place went dead silent and the wind stood still.
Everyone kept their mouths shut as they feared what would happen if they uttered a word.
"Get in the truck, we are leaving," Ash commanded as he walked towards the car with the rest of them trailing behind.

Deep inside a dark building hid several people both old and young as they hid from the zombies that were walking about the open street.
Amongst them was a little girl who wouldn't stop crying.
"Hey," a man called out to her, making her raise her head to him.
Her lips trembled as tears began to form a pool in her eyes.
"Hush!!" He whispered.
"If you don't stop crying, they'll come for us, and when they do, I'll make sure I throw you outside to meet them," he threatened the little girl as she kept making sounds with tears running down her eyes.
"You like that?" He asked, still trying to scare her.
"Nooo!!" She yelled out as she folded herself back into her corner.
Some zombies outside immediately picked up on the sound she made and started walking closer to the building where they hid.
This made the group frightened and they began to cluster together. Some prayed inside their minds, hoping for a miracle.
"I told you to keep quiet," the man voiced out angrily, making the girl shudder in fear.
"Hey cut it out," Another girl cut in as she couldn't bear the bullying any longer.
"How is that supposed to help her stop crying?" She asked the old man as she gestured for the little girl to come to her.
"Well, I had to do something!" He accidentally raised his voice.
"Raaarrrrr,"
More zombies started to react to the sound and began to walk closer to the building they all hid.
The only thing preventing the zombies from rushing into the building was the delicate little gate that was barely holding them back.
The group all watched the zombies anxiously without making any sound, even in their thoughts.
The lady who held the little girl, quickly covered her mouth as they both sat close to each other.
The sound that the zombies reacted to had stopped, making them remain in their spot
Until a little boy accidentally knocked over the pile of wooden plank that rested on the wall as he took a step back.
"Raaarrrrr,"
The horde of zombies immediately charged toward the building as the sound echoed across the street.
Fearing that their lives would be over, the civilians hiding inside the building held on to each other as they prayed their last prayer in their minds.
"Fire!!" A man shouted out to the group that stood behind him, and immediately they shot their weapons at the zombies.
The deafening sound of gunshots firing rapidly filled the whole street as the zombies began to drop dead on the ground one after the other.
They shot rapidly and with high accuracy, as most of the shots went straight to the head of the zombies.
"Kill all those dead creatures and create a path for those people to escape," the man gave another command and immediately several men dashed out to action.
The first group seized firing at the remaining zombies, while the other group charged at them with their weapons.
They bashed the heads and bodies of the zombies as they got closer to the building.
"Quick, come out, we will get you to safety," a young girl said to the group as she offered her hand to the first man closest to her.
Immediately the others started to follow the path they created and soon they all got out.
"Sir, more zombies at approaching from the other street!" A boy alerted the man in charge.
"Alright guys, let's move out," he ordered again, and immediately they began to pull out.
