Chapter 2 - 2. Hidden class Unlocked: Arcana Machina

As time drags on and hundreds of awakeners discover their classes, some with better or stronger classes, get offers of well off positions, others get treated like another number. after hours of impatiently waiting in line,tapping her foot or tinkering with her hidden projects all over her body. Silver makes it to the front of the line. A tired looking middle aged woman, who appears to awoken a potential reading class over combat, which is rare in itself says quietly. "place your hands on the crystal and wait until all of the sensations stop before removing them, failure to do so can and has caused phyisical harm. Without any words exchanged and a tinge of excitement silver latches onto the crystal orb her razor sharp claws making tiny gouges in this precious minerial, something that shocks the clerk. the sensation of warmth spreading and then tingles all over silver's body makes her shiver and the fur on her ears stand on end.after a few moments of enduring these sensations, they slowly fade as a voice enters into silvers ear, soft and melodious, a voice speaks. "welcome to the valkrie system, congratulations on unlocking a new hidden class. The arcana machina." nothing else happens no further voices, no system screen as whats supposed to pop up in front of all new awakeners. slowly silver retracts her hands from the orb, a look of confusion and glee apparent on her face, the clerk asks. "class name and rank?" after hearing that silver calls up her screen which is a dark purple instead of everyone's usual golden hue, granted only she can see it unless she chooses to crowd share it, but for now she leaves it off before replying her look of astonishment slowly growing. "hidden class...arcana machina...ability as of level 1, can summon one defense turret that consumes mana on summon and on each shot..." thats all she says stepping to the side to finish the paper work, being guided to a special room for testing hidden classes. those in this world with hidden classes gain tons of perks, some even being priority missions, and priority crafting, but they must first see the usefulness of her class.Seeing as she can only summon one turret gives her a bit of a let down already, in her head the image of summoning a wall of firepower from no where growing by the minute as she walks in a bit of an excited daze beside a different hunter clerk then the previous one.
