Potentially. I promise absolutely nothing but I also do not discount the possibility of me turning back to my proverbial roots and smashing out some short visits to other worlds when I feel it tickle my fancy.
As of right now though, you should treat Arc 9 Chapter IV as the final chapter of the story for the sake of coherence andpacing. It serves as a fine epilogue in my most humble opinion.
