Mr. Sheng stood in front of the floor-to-ceiling window in his office, watching "Ten Miles Shengshi Street" bustle below as he smoked one cigarette after another.
Only when the cigarettes in his pocket ran out did he slowly walk back to his desk, grabbed his car keys, and went downstairs.
He retrieved his car and drove onto the main street, heading back to Royal Villa.
"Mr. Sheng is back," a servant said respectfully as they saw Mr. Sheng push the door open and enter.
Mr. Sheng nodded indifferently and went straight into the restroom to wash his hands. Coming out, he happened to see the Housekeeper carrying out some small jars containing various dried substances. Mr. Sheng pointed and casually asked, "What's this?"
"Chinese medicine," the Housekeeper replied.
"Why so much? Who's ill in the house?"
"It's for Lady Shan to drink."
Mr. Sheng frowned, "Chu Chu?"
