Sheng Shi flipped through one photo after another until he reached their college graduation photo. They were both dressed in academic robes, with him carrying her on his back, and she was laughing heartily.
Sheng Shi looked at that photo, blinked his eyes, and his gaze became somewhat profound. After a while, he put the photo album aside, then casually rifled through her other belongings, most of which were small gifts, and mostly ones he had bought for her.
At the bottom of the box, there were two boxes. Sheng Shi picked up the one on the left first. Upon opening it, he found it contained several small notes that looked rather old, as if they had been opened many times, making them somewhat crumpled.
Sheng Shi casually picked one up, carefully unfolded it, fearing that he might accidentally tear the paper. The words that caught his eye were in his handwriting: "Chu'er, I have a basketball game after school, remember to come and cheer for me. Also, buy me a Coke, chilled, Pepsi."
