Somewhere in the quieter Western part of Bleulle City, there was a zone where a lot of craftsmen resided. This was informally called the 'Creators' Village' because this was where many professionals like toolmakers and alchemists resided.
The houses here were quite good. Each lot was big enough for two or three bedrooms, and all of them were at least two or three storeys tall. Even if the professional was new and was only given one floor, it was still plenty of space for the toolmaker to live and experiment on.
These craftsmen gained the right for the real estate in exchange for giving service to either the Lord or the nobles. It could be an exclusivity contract, or just a quota.

It was a place known as the site that witnessed the humiliation of many nobles. In fact, it was the street that had witnessed most of this sight outside the inner circle.
