A few more weeks passed and most of the reconnaissance teams had finally returned, while new teams—aiming to further investigate the sources of the drugs—had already spread out to the areas where they found it.
Hence, most of the scouts were roaming around the Western and Southwest territories, as the powder had already spread wide in the aborigine territories adjacent to them.
Some called it White Happiness, as it was introduced, but in places where Alterra had influence, they called it Devil's Powder, instead. This was targeting aborigines who had no idea what it was, as well as the Terrans who hadn't seen or encountered it before.
Elder Ansel had even instructed some artists and writers to start creating simple books (for children and for adults) that would teach children about it, as well as its evil. It had to be presented in a way that they wouldn't get curious instead.
