At this time, the first phase of the manual construction was also about halfway through and was shaping form.
One of the main projects was the government hub.
The parks and some commercial areas inside the complex, for the convenience of the employees and guests, had already been set up, and the buildings have 2 or 3 floors already finished with the structural elements.
One of the special things about these government buildings was the utilities. Other than the basic water, plumbing, they were now completely with electricity and also landlines or telephones!
