Special Investigation Team office area, Reesi sat down in her chair, picked up her coffee mug, and drank it all in one go, letting out a long sigh:
"I'm really exhausted."
"Good job."
Michelle picked up the coffee pot to refill Reesi's cup, and Luo An grabbed a pack of snacks from Chenier's desk and handed them to her, asking:
"Was the trip smooth?"
"I think this pack of snacks is mine?"
Taking the snacks and looking at the packaging, Reesi gave Chenier a sideways glance, opened the pack, and started eating while saying:
"When I got the call from you, Luo An, and rushed to Washington D.C., there were no problems.
As I entered Washington D.C., not far from the FBI Washington Headquarters, I noticed a suspicious car starting to follow me.
I was about to call you guys for backup, but the car suddenly turned away and stopped following me. After that, I didn't see it again until I got back to this building."
