As they entered, Anne Sutton saw Mia Shaw beside a man who was not young, looking to be in his fifties.
Mia Shaw followed carefully behind the man, looking quite humble.
"Vic!" Caleb Summers called out.
The man heard him and turned around. Seeing Caleb Summers, he smiled. "President Summers."
Caleb Summers said, "This is my boss, Nathan Fawcett."
He was introducing Nathan Fawcett to the man.
Vic looked at Nathan Fawcett and said, "A pleasure, Mr. Fawcett."
The news of Nathan Fawcett recently taking over the Linden Group was the talk of the town; almost everyone had heard about it.
Caleb Summers looked at Vic and asked, "I hear your company recently hired Charles Prescott?"
At the mention of Charles Prescott's name, Vic chuckled. "President Summers seems very interested in our company's affairs!"
"Not at all. I was just asking. I'm a bit of a gossip," Caleb Summers said, glancing at Mia Shaw. "I hear Miss Shaw was the one who strongly recommended him!"
