The Enforcement Hall is located within the continuous mountain range on the north side of the Martial Dao Sacred Land's 'Holy Island'. Due to its unique nature, it is rarely visited.

The Punishment Hall, as the name suggests, is where the Enforcement Hall administers penalties to the Fire Worship Sect elders and disciples who violate the sect's rules.
Whether it's a living punishment or a death sentence, it is executed here.
Initially, Jackson Wilson, the first Elder Silver Flame of the Black Tortoise Altar, who falsely accused the Black Tortoise Altar's Law Enforcement Elder of abusing his power, indirectly desecrating the Enforcement Hall, was executed in the Punishment Hall.
