She has perceived bits and pieces of vague knowledge from their joint meditation with Fen Baihu, which certainly gave results, but they required time for her to process with a human mind and understand.
Her physique was fundamentally that of a human, so she could not access powers that required her to have the body of a Mythical Beast.
