Cao Xiang woke up in his embrace, on the bed in the cabin of the ship, and as the memories of the night before went through her mind, she immediately dived into the blanket covering the two of them.
Wu Long lightly laughed as he saw the cute blob of her head under the blanket, gently patting on top of it.
After a bit, she peeked from under the blanket, and seeing the affectionate look in his eyes, snuggled up to kiss him, her cheeks still burning red, but unable to hold back expressing how she felt after seeing that gaze.
After their kiss, she settled down in his embrace, enjoying the feeling.
"I never thought that I could be this happy, not until after I became your woman", she said after a bit with a smile on her face, as all of the talk about the past last night made her think of how blessed she felt now, and then raising her head again to look into his eyes, softly spoke "I love you"
