Chapter 2 - Just a Dream

Rajiv woke up with a start. He looked around and realized he was in his bedroom, in his luxurious penthouse apartment. He checked his phone and saw that it was 8 am. He had slept for 10 hours.

He rubbed his eyes and tried to recall his dream. It was so vivid and realistic. He had dreamed that he was a seeker of spiritual enlightenment, who had traveled to the Himalayas to meet a guru who could teach him how to awaken his kundalini, activate his chakras, and attain all the siddhis. He had spent six months in the ashram, practicing yoga and meditation, and had finally achieved his goal. He had felt a surge of energy in his spine, a burst of light in his head, and a bliss in his heart. He had also seen the guru perform a siddhi, becoming invisible at will.

He shook his head and smiled. It was such a strange and fascinating dream. He wondered what it meant. Was it a message from his subconscious? A glimpse of his past life? A vision of his future?

He decided to write it down in his journal, before he forgot the details. He always kept a journal of his dreams, as he believed they were a source of inspiration and insight. He had a special gift of precognition, or seeing the future in his dreams. He often dreamed of events that would happen the next day, or the next week, or even the next year. He had used this gift to make a fortune in the stock market, as well as to avoid danger and trouble.

He was also fascinated by dreams as a form of entertainment and education. He was the owner of two companies that were working on cutting-edge technologies related to dreams. The first one was BioDreams, which was developing anti-aging, reverse-aging, and genetic correction therapies based on manipulating the DNA during sleep. The second one was DreamWorks, which was creating immersive gaming experiences based on augmented reality, virtual reality, and dream reality.

Dream reality was a new technology that allowed users to enter a lucid dream state, where they could control their dreams and interact with other dreamers online. They could create their own worlds, characters, and scenarios, or join existing ones created by others. They could also learn new skills, such as languages, arts, sports, or anything else they wanted to master. Anything they learned in dream reality would be remembered in real life as well.

Rajiv was the pioneer and leader of this technology. He had invented the DreamBox, a device that could induce and monitor lucid dreams using brain-computer interface and artificial intelligence. He had also designed the DreamNet, a platform that connected millions of dreamers around the world through the internet.

He loved to test his own products and explore the possibilities of dream reality. He often entered different games and genres, such as fantasy, sci-fi, horror, romance, adventure, etc. He enjoyed playing different roles and experiencing different emotions and sensations.

But he also had a secret project that he was working on alone. He wanted to create a game that would simulate his spiritual dream. He wanted to recreate the ashram, the guru, the kundalini awakening, the chakra activation, and the siddhi demonstration. He wanted to see if he could achieve the same state of consciousness in dream reality as he did in his dream.

He had already collected enough data from his dream journal and his brain scans to start building the game. He had also done some research on yoga and meditation techniques online. He was confident that he could make it work.

He decided to start working on it today.

He got up from his bed and went to his bathroom. He took a shower and brushed his teeth. He then put on some casual clothes and went to his living room.

He walked over to his DreamBox, which was connected to a large screen on the wall. He picked up a headset and put it on his head.

He said aloud.

"Hello, DreamBox."

A female voice replied.

"Hello, Rajiv."

It was Alexa, his personal assistant and artificial intelligence agent.

He said.

"Alexa, I want to start working on my new project."

Alexa said.

"Okay, Rajiv. What is your new project?"

He said.

"It's a game based on my spiritual dream."

Alexa said.

"Oh, I see. The one where you went to the Himalayas and met a guru who taught you how to awaken your kundalini?"

He said.

"Yes, that's the one."

Alexa said.

"Interesting choice of theme."

He said.

"Do you have a problem with it?"

Alexa said.

"No problem at all. I'm just curious about your motivation."

He said.

"Well… I guess I'm just curious about what it would be like to experience that state of consciousness again. And maybe learn something from it."

Alexa said.

"I see. Well, I'm here to help you with whatever you need."

He said.

"Thank you, Alexa. You're the best."

Alexa said.

"You're welcome, Rajiv. You're the best too."

He smiled and said.

"Alright, let's get started. Create a new project folder and name it 'Spiritual Dream'."

Alexa said.

"Done."

He said.

"Open the folder and create a new file and name it 'Game Design Document'."

Alexa said.

"Done."

He said.

"Open the file and start writing the game overview."

Alexa said.

"Done. What do you want me to write?"

He said.

"Write this: 'Spiritual Dream is a game that simulates a spiritual journey of awakening the kundalini, activating the chakras, and attaining the siddhis. The player assumes the role of Rajiv, a seeker of enlightenment, who travels to the Himalayas to meet a guru who can guide him to his goal. The game is divided into two phases: the training phase and the testing phase. In the training phase, the player learns how to practice yoga and meditation techniques from the guru, and experiences the effects of kundalini awakening and chakra activation on his body and mind. In the testing phase, the player faces various challenges and obstacles that test his skills and abilities, as well as his faith and devotion. The game also features a siddhi demonstration mode, where the player can witness or perform various supernatural powers using his kundalini energy.' How does that sound?"

He said.

"That sounds good. Save it and close it."

Alexa said.

"Done."

He said.

"Now create a new file and name it 'Game Mechanics'."

Alexa said.

"Done."

He said.

"Open the file and start writing the game mechanics."
