Dizziness, boredom. She tried not to succumb to the unwillingness that was drowning her.
'How many times do we have to go over this?' She thought, finally blinking her eyes open and forcing them awake.
She was in a wide hall made with white and red ceramic. Its walls having carvings of sacred beasts playing with clouds and forests. And at the center of this hall, further into the crowd, was a stage with two people standing opposite each other. With their martial arts attire and their current fighting style, there were no questions as to why they were stranding there... well, to the others around them.
"Begin." An old man, most definitely the instructor, said from the side.
The two men on the stage lunged at each other, and started throwing punches and kicks around. The way they were fighting was strange, as it looked like they each were clumsily trying to catch their opponent's strikes and dish out their own. Needless to say, they were performing horribly.
