Leaving aside the three monthly resurrection opportunities, which already overpower [Nirvana] in quantity, simply having the Wish Technique priority +1 is already incredibly powerful.
Currently, Xiao Jiu's Wish Technique only works effectively on spiritual beasts of the same level or lower. With priority +1, it means at the Monarch Level, Xiao Jiu's Wish Technique can affect Overlord Level spiritual beasts.
