Seeing that Benjamin Abbot still coldly stared at Brynn Williams, Kobi Taylor said indifferently, "Dr. Abbot, you can leave. I will call you if I need anything."
His cold tone really hurt Benjamin's feelings. Even though Kobi had told him that he was just acting with Brynn and couldn't let her discover the ambiguity between them, Benjamin still felt that Kobi was protecting Brynn.
Did Kobi think that he could still hurt Brynn in front of him?
No matter how resentful he was, he couldn't show it on his face.
As soon as Benjamin left, Brynn immediately emerged from behind Kobi.
She couldn't help but sigh, "Dr. Abbot has such a strong presence. It's quite an accomplishment for a woman to be as successful as her."
"Aren't you belittling yourself?" Kobi lightly tapped Brynn's head.
When he realized that he had unconsciously become gentle with her, he quickly retracted his hand and his tone cooled down, "Get out, I need to work."
