"What secret could be hidden from you? Bella, could you give me a ride?" Snow Collins spoke with his usual commanding tone.
Bella Scott had grown accustomed to his demeanor, obediently following behind him and fetching the car from the garage.
The trip was silent, and once she had dropped Snow Collins off, Bella felt as though she had completed her task. As she was about to leave, Snow called out to her, "Don't you have anything to say to me?"
He was getting married, couldn't she give him some advice?
Bella didn't understand what he meant, "What should I say?"
Seeing the confusion on her face, Snow knew she wasn't pretending.
He didn't even know what he wanted to hear from her. Did he really hope she could stop him from getting married?
As for the upcoming wedding, he wasn't excited in the least. His attitude was definitely problematic, but it was the path he chose for himself and nobody else was to blame.
