"I know I'm very capable." Tina Hernandez chuckled, suddenly not used to Miss Scott's emotional talk, making her eyes moist.
After sending Bella Scott away, she hummed a tune and returned to the apartment, only to find someone waiting for her, Robin Reade.
"What are you doing here?" Tina glanced at her wristwatch; it was past ten o'clock. She did not know how long Robin had been waiting for her.
When Robin saw Tina finally return home, he let out a sigh of relief.
He originally had a lot to say, but upon seeing Tina's radiant smile, he felt there was no need to say anything anymore.
"I was just having dinner nearby, and I thought I'd come up to see Ms. Hernandez. It's getting late; you should rest early." Robin rarely showed a smile.
He wanted to share her worries and help her overcome obstacles, but he couldn't say a word about it—not even a single word.
"Would you like to have a cup of tea before you go?" Tina felt embarrassed.
