Bella Scott found Robin Reade's subdued appearance amusing.
When she left the delivery room, Edward Anderson was still pacing outside. When he saw her, he rushed over and asked, "How did it go?"
"It's not me giving birth, what are you so worried about?" Bella found it funny.
Edward paused, realizing that made sense.
Before that, he seemed to have confused the situation, as it was Tina Hernandez who was giving birth, and Bella was just accompanying her.
Their twins had been born many years ago, but when Bella gave birth, not only was he unable to be by her side, their two children were lost, and she had suffered so much pain and endured so many hardships...
Seeing the change in Edward's expression, Bella quickly changed the subject: "It's a boy, and he's so good-looking, with eyes like Robin and a nose like Tina."
