"What do you mean?" An Yeqiu asked.
Zeng Rong replied irritably, "He took his new girlfriend along. Guess who she is?"
With that, An Yeqiu was wide awake.
She sat up in bed, looking incredulous, and asked, "He has a girlfriend? How come I didn't know? Who is it?"
Zeng Rong sneered, "An Li."
To be fair, An Yeqiu had always doubted the relationship between Wen Linyu and An Li.
But based on what she knew about Wen Linyu, this kind of thing shouldn't happen.
Wen Linyu had previously explained patiently to her that he and An Li did not have the kind of relationship she suspected. It was always her misunderstanding.
An Yeqiu believed him.
