By consuming this Essence, you become a transcendent human, the ultimate version of Humanity.
• You gain a perfectly healthy, evolved human body that takes the shape of your ideal self or whatever form you would find most aesthetically beautiful for yourself. As a physical baseline, your body start out at roughly fifty percent above peak human in all abilities, and through training can grow even further. You will recover at least several times more rapidly than normal from any injury that does not kill you outright, additionally you possess total immunity to all poisons, and diseases.
• Your intellectual baseline has likewise been increased; you're a single-repetition learner, capable of absorbing weeks of experience in days, months of experience in weeks and years if not decades of experience in months. In addition to this, you are gifted with perfect memory, including infinite storage and perfect indexing; your skills will never degrade, even if you let them sit idle for a decade or two. You will be a true Renaissance Man, able to apply the full force of your intellect to any and all fields or endeavors that might strike your fancy with equal ease, study political science and come up with ideas on how to vastly streamline and re-engineer administrative systems, devise new and highly effective martial arts by working from basic principles of biology, anatomy, and applied physics, create new languages that allow speaking or thinking with greater efficiency, or use your study of mathematics and harmonics to compose wondrous new music; all this and much more is possible for you. Likewise, you will always be capable of approaching new concepts without being unconsciously biased or constrained by what you already know, and instead will judge them fairly upon their own merits.
• Your potential is boundless; the only limits on your talent are what resources are available for you to work with and the inherent physical laws and limitations of the universe you currently inhabit. Any powers and abilities you obtain will grow and improve where possible, and in time may even develop in ways beyond their initial purposes.
• Your charisma and social skills are likewise boosted massively, when observing someone; you will within minutes gain a good understanding of their personality and will intuitively know exactly what to do or say to make them do your bidding. You can instill teamwork and cooperation between even the worst of rivals, and are able to inspire those around you even in their darkest hour. Your compatibility for getting along with other people is off the charts. If you put effort into actually interacting with someone, you will notice that they will rapidly bond with you.
• You can survive and thrive in desperate situations and will adapt accordingly, even if logically you would likely die an ignoble death. Getting killed by a stray bullet or falling rock isn't in the cards for you. If someone wants to kill you, they will have to do it the hard way.
• As a transcendent human, you are a harbinger of what all humans may one day become. With sufficient effort and time, you will be able to uplift other humans to your level

Essence of the Unlimited Power
By consuming this Essence you gain unlimited raw power that grants you the potential to do anything.
- To put it simply, it is Omnipotence without Omniscience and it cannot be stolen, copied, destroyed, or negated in any way against your will. Your supreme and boundless power and potential infinitely exceeds pretty much anything and everything with the exception of your peers. In addition to this Essence, any boons you have from other Essences will increase and develop in ways beyond their initial purpose.
• Within you lies an Ocean of Unlimited Power that, through training and practice, allows you to potentially achieve anything and everything without any limits depending on how much knowledge and control you have over your power. You can potentially gain any and all superpowers, as your Ocean of Unlimited Power can act as or be turned into any power or power source you desire.
• You therefore have limitless means at your disposal, but you must have a clear enough idea of what you want to achieve and how you will do it. This double condition will prevent the power from going awry and backfiring on you. To make the most optimal use of this power you require both knowledge and imagination: knowledge to offer templates for applications, and imagination to shape new possibilities.
• While you are not truly all-knowing, you are able to acquire tremendous amounts of new knowledge as you need, gradually expanding your options and refining your mastery through practice and experience, furthering your control and precision over your endless power, granting access to new abilities more powerful than before, and opening new worlds of possibilities.
• You are the ultimate student, possessing limitless potential and can learn or develop any power, ability, discipline, or skillset you desire even if you shouldn't be capable of it. Once learned, you cannot forget them and can practice them all into mastery, no matter how many you may learn. You can, at will, enter into a state of hyper-concentration, enhancing your learning ability. If a power, ability, skillset, or discipline requires access to some energy source to function, you begin generating that energy source.
• You are also perfect instructor, easily capable of passing on your knowledge and skill to anyone who wants to learn from you. Even the most complex of systems, concepts and ideas can be easily communicated by you. You are capable of imparting any skills, abilities, or powers that are in your possession to your students, be it magic, chakra, ki or a special ability. Your students will naturally develop the necessary potentials and affinities for them as instruct them in its intricacies.
• You have no need to rely on external factors for any of your powers, abilities, skillsets, or disciplines. From the ones that require energies drawn from the environment or from other planes or dimensions to the ones that relies on esoteric principles or strange metaphysical laws. None of your abilities will require anything outside of yourself.
• You can even harmonize any conflicting powers, abilities, skills, or disciplines you desire. For example, using light magic won't stop you from using dark magic, even at the same time. Being evil won't stop you from using good only abilities. This applies to everything you can do from magic, to super science, to simple training.. you always find a way no matter how impossible.

Essence of Yourself
The essence is initially seen up front, though denying it causes it to quickly disappear unless it is wanted again. It doesn't hold a liquid in it, though attempting to drink it anyways causes an odd, nostalgic taste you can't place.
Upon drinking the essence, the following effects are achieved.
- Upon choice of the user, they may deny any attempts at fixing or changing parts of their body, mind, soul, etc. As it was before, perhaps you're just attached to it, or perhaps you feel a sense of self with it, the essence won't judge.
- You may choose to slow the injection of Abilities, Memories, Intelligence, Wisdom, etc. to a more manageable speed other than instant. This allows for a more comfortable adjustment to what is being learned or gained.
- You may reject any form of personality change or enlightenment directly from Essences. Your journey may affect both, but it will never be because an essence forced it.
- If obtaining any form of shapeshifting, your initial form from before this is always possible to replicate, even if you lack much information on how it actually was.
