Lamai feels as if she is trapped under a large rock, with Adam holding all her limbs, and she can't find any way to escape.
Her hands are pinned, and her legs are tied up. She knows she has no way of getting out of Adam's hold.
"Let me go!" she says, frowning.
"Not until you tell me why you are upset at me," Adam says.
Lamai's eyes widen, hearing Adam's question. She didn't expect Adam to notice her cold attitude towards him. Of course, her actions were very obvious, only she was oblivious to them and didn't realize she was showing more than she wanted.
"What are you talking about?" Lamai tries to deflect and, while trying to struggle out of Adam's grip, she is out of luck. Adam's grip is as strong as a giant constrictor snake. She won't be able to get away from him unless he releases her on his own accord.
