Though Isla's mostly focused on being stuck to Adam, she is not completely blind to her surroundings.
She realizes that there are people inside Adam's house, and as much as she wants to continue keeping her lips attached to Adam, she doesn't want to embarrass herself or make Adam's relatives see her in a negative light.
Unlucky for her, Julia would never have a positive attitude towards her, no matter how she behaves, because in her eyes, Isla is already a slut trying to latch onto him for pleasure and wealth like every other girl he has brought along with him.
Putting her legs down, Isla gets off of Adam and turns to look at the two women in the living room. Looking at the two beautiful women in front of her, Isla gets curious, wondering who they are.
She can at least guess the identity of one of the women as she is wearing a maid's outfit, but the other, Isla, has no idea.
