Isla goes back to giving all her attention to Adam because right now, no one matters to her more than Adam.
She cuts the food on her plate and continues to feed Adam, who opens his mouth while staring into her eyes, making sure that Isla knows he has her attention.
But what Isla doesn't know is that Adam's peripheral vision is amazing; instead of just seeing a blur or a vague shape, Adam can make out an object or a person with extreme detail if he concentrates on it.
While his pupils might be locked with Isla's right now, his focus is on Julia, who gets up from her chair to pick up the fork that was purposely dropped, which Adam, of course, noticed.
While Isla just passed it off as an accident, Adam saw Julia doing it on purpose, so his attention is on her, wondering what this vixen is planning to do.
As she gets up, Adam manages to get a glimpse of her back, which is completely out in the open for him to look at.
