"That's not going to happen. He's not a threat. He only has his mouth," Atticus said calmly, shut him down. One of the gods had remained behind and had continually tried to rile him up into accepting his offer. Luckily, Atticus could simply tune out the noise.
"You can easily defeat him, bond!" Ozeroth retorted. "Stop him from running that stupid mouth of his."
"I'm sure I can, but I won't. Not unless I find out as much as I can about the middle planes."
Ozeroth clicked his tongue and turned away, his blazing eyes fixed upward. If he had been a god, he would have shown the bastard his place.
"Are you ready to go to school, my star actor?"
Atticus nodded at Whisker, smiling. "The Eldorians?" he asked.
It had been a week since he began the training of the Eldorians. Not surprisingly, they had all chosen to walk Atticus' Will path, even Magnus and Avalon.
"A work in progress," Whisker said with a smile. "It'll take a bit of time."
