"Fine, fine, whatever you all say."
Despite Leyan looking saddened by the unanimous decision, no one wanted to be the one responsible for her billion-dollar idea.... except for Xiaoyun.
"Hey Leyan, look. If you scale this underground city down a little, down to like twenty people, I think this is actually fine as it is."
"Xiaoyun, don't be ridiculous. We had already broken hundreds of underground vaults before. A Bunker is no different."
As Wuli instantly dismissed the idea, he shook his head before picking up a piece of fish meat from the plate.
"Who says we're going to use it to block the military? It's a shelter meant to shield you guys in case of a nuclear strike."
Xiaoyun paused for a second, then continued.
"Besides, where else do you all want to spend the money towards? Do you want to give it away to charity or something?"
This time, the whole table fell into silence. No one had any clue where to spend the insane amount of money at all.
