George smiled foolishly. "Tell Curly I'll eat everything. Also, I'm fine now, so tell her not to be sad."

"I'll tell her. Goodbye."

"Goodbye."

After Kenneth Brown left, Aria Harris was seething with rage. She slapped the back of her son's head, scolding angrily, "George Hunter, don't you dare tell anyone you're my son when you go out! I don't have such an embarrassing son!"

George was hit on the back of the head but clutched his groin, crying out, "Mom, it hurts!"

"It hurts? It hurts? What did you say just now? Didn't you say you were fine, that it didn't hurt? They probably thought I was trying to extort money from them, deliberately lying to deceive them."

Aria Harris had never been so furious in her entire life.

"Mom, if I had said it hurt a lot, what if Curly's parents hit her? She's so fragile; she can't take a beating."

Aria Harris grabbed her son's ear. "George Hunter, I never expected you to be so protective of girls!"

"Dad said that a man should be a gentleman."
